Writing
Throughout the course of her career, Jaimie has published a book, drafted external facing content for the Obama White House, served as a contributing columnist for HuffPost, crafted communications materials for a U.S. Congressman, published two research reports, and wrote for Duke University's newspaper. She also edits and writes for various newsletters and blogs, and develops copy for websites.

The Future Party is a community-based media platform built for the next generation of creative leaders. Since August 2020, Jaimie has been a freelance editor and writer for The Future Party's daily newsletter, which boasts a 25,000+ circulation.

Jaimie is a co-author of The New York Times best seller, "Yes She Can: 10 Stories of Hope & Change From Young Female Staffers of the Obama White House," a young adult anthology of essays written by 10 women who share their stories of working in the Obama White House in their 20s.

During her tenure working for Vice President Joe Biden in the Obama White House, Jaimie co-authored a collection of entries detailing the accomplishments of the Violence Against Women team, on which she served.

From 2013-2015, Jaimie was a contributing writer for HuffPost on issues relating to corporate transparency and fiscal policy. She wrote during her tenure as a fellow for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG).

As a fellow at U.S. PIRG, Jaimie co-authored and published two research reports on government spending, Towards Common Ground, and tax policy, Picking Up the Tab. Jaimie also drafted a number of blogs and press releases that are available upon request.

During her senior year at Duke University, Jaimie wrote a weekly opinion column for the university newspaper, The Chronicle.
